Remember how on TNT's FB they said we could message them in a FB message about tickets? Well I messaged them that day about my missing NC items. I also had sent a ticket a few days before but I figured that I should bring it their attention so it wasn't overlooked. I got my items back a few days ago and I was really happy. I was on FB just now and I got a new message notification while I was scrolling through my news feed.
IT WAS FROM NEOPETS.
"Hi (insert my name here), thank you for reporting this. Our team returned your missing items. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!"
I replied with: "I received them a few days ago! Thank you!"
Although I felt like being an asshole and being like about damn time you got back to me, there was no reason to. THEY ACTUALLY MESSAGED ME BACK LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I give them a fucking ton of props for getting back to me since I already had the items back.
I have a little more faith in them communicating with their players and fixing shit now.

I messaged them a while ago and they read it but never replied and did nothing with my ticket. I'm glad they responded to you and others though, shows a lot of improvement.
Really tempted to message them on Facebook and see if they'd give a shit enough to actually read my ticket correctly.

That's actually kinda cool that they replied via a FB message..I would never have thought they would have used that to contact members..What if your profile isnt private though... They could stalk you.. Creeeepyyyyy.
I thought of that so I made everything as private as possible, even though a lot already was. My privacy settings are crazy strict. However, I made sure the details that are public were just enough for them to know that I really was the person behind the username. I mean, anyone could've messaged them my ticket number if they knew it-- i.e a Neo account being hacked and the hacker filing a ticket or something--so I wanted just enough to still be visible.Originally Posted by Lindsay

I think they filter the messages on the words NC/NeoCash and will reply fast to those ones.But nonetheless, they're improving but I am also still waiting for a reply on something that has nothing to do with money causes.
