Sometimes, if people actively harm us or pose a threat to the community, e.g. this guy, then admins or mods or whatever might see it fit to do so.
Typically the rule of thumb is for us to take care of each other, don't out each other, etc. Because it's not cool to out others against their will, whether on a cheating site or issues involving closets.

There is precedence for staff to decide when someone is so toxic and dangerous to our community that action needs to be taken. Repeat offense scammers, for example, fall into this category. The rule for users is that there is no outing. That is consistent and upheld. Staff making decisions on behalf of the protection of our community is different. Thank you for your feedback though.
We pose no threat to the Neopets community. We do not allow the hacking of actives; this is taken very seriously. In fact, there is good reason to believe that the site would be struggling to exist if it weren't for the contributions our site makes. We encourage activity. You're welcome.
