buy this, im on 2 months smoke free.
This allows you to smoke while it's charging unlike other ones that need to charge for hours before you can use them again.

Also when buying juice to put in this do not go higher than 1.2 mg of nicotine, I was overdosing hard on 2.0mg, you will probably want one at 1.2mg and another at .8mg to start off with, make sure you get 2 flavors as well because you will get sick of the first one you smoke really fast.
Thanks but I am really against anything to do with those e-cigarettes.

All good, was just an idea.
it may be an alternative but it's to ween yourself off instead of going through all the withdrawal symptoms and shit.
mine are really bad so puking and stuff is going to happen if I go cold turkey, I have also smoked about a pack a day since I was 12.

It is just PG, VG and nicotine, you can read the ingredients on the bottles

I know there are only a few ingredients, but that doesn't make them good for you, I have read alot on them because I considered it but after what I read, no way. I have only smoked about a pack a day for like 6 months or so, you have it way worse than I do. I am glad they are helping you quit.

No one has proven that they are bad either
I go to a lot of vape shops frequently and talk to guys about this all the time, long story short if you read anything bad on these things it's fake.
Government makes money of smoking, not off vapes, why do you think smokes went up in price since vapes started to become popular lol

If it's an option for you, you can go to your doctor and ask about it, but there are drugs like Wellbutrin and Zyban that reduce cravings and withdrawal. I was never a heavy smoker, but I started taking Wellbutrin and 1-2 months later I was pretty much off cigarettes. I would still smoke them at parties sometimes for the social aspect, but they tasted HORRIBLE and I was forcing myself to do it. I haven't had a cigarette in 6 months and have no desire to.

There is a Canadian medication called "Champix" that has like a 99% success rate to stop smoking. Not sure if prescription medication has been suggested but yea, it works. There are side effects but its worth it in the long run I believe. Look into it for the American equivalent.

The best way to stop is cold turkey, that's what I had to do. And I prefer weed over cigarettes any day.

I remember they advertised a medicine called "Chantix" a long time ago but it was recalled for something I think. I do know what you're talking about though. @(you need an account to see links) um no :/ I have had a few when I have been drinking and such, but I detest them when I am sober so that has been it. @(you need an account to see links) I do as well but the thing is that is when I want them. It's a habitual thing, I smoke a bowl and then go outside and smoke a cigarette. I smoke alot of weed but that's not an issue for me, I could stop that at any time, I just choose not to.
