That sucks. You’ll get the account back maybe through the ticket system, but they’ll want you to explain how the UC pet came to be on your account. Definitely only buy from trusted sellers, no newbies!!!
This is a problem. I've been frozen that way, and they're very slow in resolving the problem.
I dont get why anyone would be frozen for protection for buying stuff off site, i’d definetly ticket it and i’m pretty sure you will get the account back if you know the original email, nowadays whenever i get and account the thing i mostly value is the email being or having a high chance of being the original
