Try Facebook in addition to the ticket. Sometimes you get faster responses that way.

It's sad that they don't tell you why you were frozen. If you send in a ticket they will tell you why you were frozen. You can try messaging them through Facebook or Twitter for a faster response. Good luck.
I've submitted a ticket recently for another issue, but also emailed (you need an account to see links) and got a reply through email, so it's definitely worth emailing them too to spur them on! It can't hurt.
theres been many trade reversals lately
Yeah they just reversed a trade from MONTHS ago and froze my account. Be careful everyone! And thanks for the replies!

There was:
UC darigan lupe for Maraquan draik - Reversed within a day
Chain of mid tier UCs (looked messy) - Reversed after a few months
With in a couple of days along with accounts being frozen for no reason
