I don't know about that. Look at recent lawsuits that went through. The person that won 10K suing Microsoft for the Windows 10 update. Then there is the person that sued Starbucks and won because they didn't fill her cup with the exact amount that was supposed to be in it or some BS like that.

This is America and our court systems are shit.

Well you can't sue on the basis that it COULD cause a seizure, it would actually have to cause a seizure. Also I'm sure you agree that you won't enter into a suit against Neopets and Jumpstart in the Terms of Service or something. They definitely covered themselves somewhere. You also can't prove the migraine was from that specific game on the site, it could have been from being on the computer for hours, or anything like that.
