I'm pretty sure you have to have an email. You can't just not have one because you need one on file to retrieve your password if neccesary

You can't delete the email address there has to be one on file. Create a new email and enter that one. Or make one up and see if that works.
Maybe the account was made before having an email was mandatory?

I'm not sure if this helps, but when I was in 5th grade I made a neopets account with an email my dad made for me. I activated my neopets account and all that with no problem. 3 years ago I remembered that account and saw it was still there, so I sent a ticket to TNT to try to recover it since I don't remember my password. TNT replied back that there was no email attached to that account and I have no idea what happened to that email as well.
