The bad rep should show a red little mark right next to the Thread: and comment I think. All mine are green, so that means I haven't gotten any negative rep.
you can also give negative rep? if so also appear negative votes to yourself?

I saw it the other day and I want know if this is a fault mine or someone gave me bad rep ?

just report it and ignore it.
