Nah, it's basically 4 am here so I could have misunderstood as well
No, doesn't need to be empty.
Like I said, to avoid getting that error keep your inventory below 50 items (the max. allowed) if you have 50 or 50+ you won't be able to buy anything either from main shops or user shops. That's why Stealth Buyer Pro sends everything to your SDB (?, not 100% sure) when you click start... But sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. (90% of the time it doesn't do anything for me. Haven't really tried to find the exact reason though/reproduce the steps e__e)

Program opens so I don't think it's the library files.
Are you using a VPN? Running the program from a folder? (extracted)
Try running as administrator? Could be a problem when the program downloads the pet captcha.

No VPN, but I am running it in a folder (although it is all extracted) I have it automatically set to run as administrator. I will try moving it out of the folder and see. I'm not sure if the neo lag would affect it either. The site is quite laggy.

Yeah lag can cause some programs to crash e.g.: when it doesn't receive the HTML response it was expecting or the page times out and the program doesn't retry.
PM me your settings and/or the exact steps you perform before the program crashes?
