They definitely can. I remember that poorly thought out April Fool's joke where a couple of UCs got zapped by the lab and converted, and TNT re-unconverted them all.

I remember when Ninth got frozen for a bit and when TNT returned her account, they had converted her pets and turned them basic from what I remember? They re-unconverted her UC Darigan Aisha (I think that's what it was) This has been a while back, my memory is fuzzy.

I also saw someone who had a kougra that 'wasn't born' yet or w/e and they painted it and was able to make it unconverted after the conversion? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Wondering about that. It was a UC Baby kougra.
