Jellyneo is usually accurate for most small items (<1mill), but some of the prices may be wildly inaccurate. You can check the recent tp history on there too if you want a better idea of what people have been listing the item at recently too. If that doesn't work, best to get a price check on a board, such as this one or trade chat.

Ah, price conversion rate for USD/NPs is $2/mil, so just double the NPs price in mil.

$2/million here on the site, for anything under 50 million, with discounts allowed after that.
