My laptop is officially fucked, won't even recognise the operating system and it won't allow me to try to reset the fucking thing. To be fair it did have a nearly 10 year run, but until I can afford a new one I'm only going to be able to post from my phone, so I'll probably be a bit less active. Sorry guys xoxoxox

"Operating System Not Found..."

I had the same thing happen to my wonderful laptop. I was told I could buy a new Hard drive and it should work. But I tried a new operating system disc, Win 97, judt to see if it would read and it did not so I think the disc reader thing is also toast.

You could try a new operating system disc if you have one just to see if you can reinstall anything.
