When they said that you will not get your account back if you did cheat... they basically lie

If you send them a ticket and tell them you are really really sorry and that you will never cheat again, tell them to keep your AB'ing accounts frozen and tell them to take away everything except what you have legitimately earned. Make up a sob story about how you love Neopets so much and you miss your pets every day... trust me you actually might have a chance. TNT are human too and if you're convincing enough...


EDIT: and sorry about your loss... i've only gotten one account unfairly frozen but there was not much on it except a plushie neopet! so i am thankful

Since the main and side accounts were purely legit, there should still be a good chance going with the feigned ignorance route, with mild annoyance at the "cheaters that got you frozen" that @(you need an account to see links) recommended.
