Do you remember your dreams?

Some of my dreams are so dang realistic that I don't know if they happened or if it was a dream lol. I have full conversations with my bf in my dreams so when I talk to him irl, I'm like "...wait. did I tell you this already or did I dream it?" Lol

I feel this so much. On one end you've got the classic 'replying to a convo when half asleep and forgetting it later' and then there's this.

The amount of times I've had hiccups with my family because I could swear we'd already disccused x thing...

I definitely remember a good portion (if not most) of my dreams, I also have quite a few unpleasant reoccurring ones.

The most annoying one is me realising I'm back with my high school bf, not realising how or why I'm back, but having to break up with him all over again. I'd like that one to stop please brain lol!

I had some awesome ones as a kid that I still remember, my favourite being one where I was a big red dragon, fully flying around this volcanic island stealing precious gems. Honestly the dreams where you are flying have to be some of the best!

This is something that happens to me too. And then there are times when I'm sleeping and I hear a voice that wakes me up. So dang realistic, like right in my ear. Super scary.

I just noticed that since I started my new job, I remember my dreams less.
I still remember a lot of them, and they are still mostly uncomfortable, but it's not 90% like it was before.

I suspect it's due the fact I'm way more tired since I got this job lol (I barely sleep 6 hours a night now rip). Anyway I hope gradually I'll stop remembering them at all, or at least remember just the very rare nice ones!

Since I'm a teenager or maybe much earlier, I don't remember my dreams. I don't know why, I mean guess I still dream and I just can't remember it because when I was little I even had recurring nightmares sometimes and I remembered it. It was always the same violent scenes, I even knew that I was dreaming only because I realized that I had already lived that.

Over time the nightmares disappeared on their own but I still don't remember anything. It became normal to fall asleep and wake up as if nothing had happened in between.

I've been thinking about my dreams after seeing this thread and I was curious if anyone else has had a dream where they are at home, except it isn't your irl home? Sometimes mine are mixtures of mine and a family members home or sometimes it's a place I've never seen before

I have another recurring dream where I'm trapped inside a house and I keep trying to "fly" to get out but I can't keep flight or something so I'm stuck. I haven't had that one in a while though. Well, I haven't had any recurring dreams in a while.

I've had a few dreams where I keep trying to fly but it's so difficult, and it's sometimes flapping my arms or sometimes 'swimming' through the air but it's so difficult to do
Or trying to run but I run so slow and can't go anywhere haha

I offen can control my dreams, so they're like memories. Sometimes I forgot sometimes I dont. But usually I always remember when I wake up.

melatonin gives me weird af dreams
not nightmares just very vivid and very bizarre dreams
one of the ones i remember is i was living in a mobile home with my dad i think (my parents are still together so maybe my mom was out or something idk) and there was this VERY AGGRESSIVE RACCOON in one of the bedrooms
what made it weird was the fact that we like. KNEW this raccoon? had personal beef with him? like this raccoon was the tom nook of this place but didn't talk or anything, and we were trying to avoid it around a sudden sinkhole in the floor and we climbed up on top of the dresser and i don't remember much but i remember being ENTIRELY anti-this-raccoon for whatever reason

i woke up and was like. what the fuck. too much animal crossing i guess

Yes and no. It depends on the type of dream or if I dream. I like to write them down when they’re really crazy and honestly there are some I just remember major details from, from when I was little.
