They said that my account that got frozen in 2014 and they have no records of it anymore, anyone got any response like that?

I've gotten responses like that, but mostly when asking for help with a birthday or email or something. "Too old, sorry. We don't take kindly to old accounts/freezings/etc. here. Get bent." Ugh. think it's total bologna that they wouldn't have records on stuff like that but whatever

I learned long ago not to bother with tickets anymore :p Even if they respond, they're hardly ever in my favor. One time Alice unlocked my old main after it had been hacked and when I moved my stuff from one main to the one that had been unlocked, it randomly got frozen again for 'multiple accounts'. I never bothered again after that. It still makes me salty. That turned me to cheating too. A+ TNT.

This is making me want to try to get my old main unfrozen but I have absolutely none of the old details...It was also unfrozen once before randomly but then I think chain iced but I logged onto it one day and it worked lol. was the weirdest thing

wow this actually gives me some hope, I've had a main frozen for years for a really dumb reason, but even despite all that time it's the only account I really want back.

Does Alice still work at Neopets even after the move to JumpStart? Is the way that JS handles tickets any different than viacom, like are they more lax/stricter/slower/etc.??

All of my recent account-involved tickets have been made in the past 3 years, including very recently, and I got Alice for all of them.
(I can't tell you how tickets used to be, even if I'm sure I did open one or two at some point over stuff like item codes.)
