    Reset password

    I'm trying to reset the password of a semi active main but the email never comes. The weird thing is I got the message "Neopets Lost Username" so I'm sure the email is really attached to the account. Has anyone experienced this?

    Yes, is a problem with the petpetpark, maybe the account was created first on petpetpark

    Try with petpetpark for get the username
    Or you can wait some days for change the password


    Also, maybe the email that you have is not the email which the account was created, so you have some problems for get the "password reset" message

    (you need an account to see links)

    You can't try with petpetpark anymore, I've been having this problem for a month now, because I stupidly forgot the password I changed the account to and I had to file a ticket. Still no response.
    Really hope they get this fixed soon :/

    I haven't filed a ticket in well over a year because I just never bother with the terrible response times and I think it's to my advantage to avoid arousing suspicion considering the amount of accounts I have. However, I have heard that contacting them over Facebook may speed up the process. Nothing is definite though.

    I sent a ticket in portuguese, they answered me they need more information about the account to prove that I'm the owner. The problem is that I know absolutely nothing. xD

    xD In spanish is better, about 15 days XD

    I can help you with some information, you need see the trophies (maybe the account has some items from these trophies) the pets (Clothes), gallery, shop etc
