Seems to be a bug now with the app, my challenges keep getting reset and i can keep completing them with '0' gems.... AND get the chest in neopets..

I wonder if its a good idea to repeat it a few more times

My advice is to repeat it.

I got this bug and abused the hell out of it in the beginning. After that it reset, then the bug happened again. There were no issues whatsoever on my side.

It's a good way to get more coins as well as characters. But seeing as they have retired the app and summoning is free... there isn't really a necessary NEED to get those chests anymore.

It's unlikely that the Neopets team is going to punish you for their oversight, but it's not advisable that you push your luck either. If history has taught us anything, it's that somebody is bound to take opportunities like this too far and spoil it for everybody. Please don't be that person.

Good point, but if its the last chest, a chance for the Mystical tablet and the stamp is very tempting

The final chest isn't complete-able using gems to skip it, its only once you're too late to do a challenge normally that you can auto complete it, but once you stop being able to do the final one the challenge week is over.

Hey this is a good idea so I can finally read those no trade books!
I'll try intentionally missing today's challenge for a chance of this bug.

Edit: Update: It doesn't work for me. After paying 0 gems, it just unlocks normally =/

I don't know/care much about this game other than there was an avatar I missed at release. I downloaded the game a few months ago but never played because I heard the avatar was retired.

Is the avatar possible now? Otherwise I think I'll go back to not caring.

I don't believe anyone has received the avatar so far (at least I haven't, and I've completed several challenges this past week) and it seems to be a manual distribution system. So assuming the L&L support team has most likely been dissolved in some way, I doubt there's anyone who would be tasked with such a thing since the game is technically defunct. :o

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I didn't see any comments and it wasn't in the guide I think- are the prizes from the chests from Challenges random? Bc I keep hearing about these retired books, but I got a stupid slushie lmao

Edit: I stand corrected the slushie seems to be UB (don't have SSW though) but I really wanted the stamp/book LOL
