Can confirm. Lost 560-570 points out of nowhere. It got reset back to 0 and no matter what I donate. It is stuck at 0. Thanks TNT. 10/10 programming.

I kind of wish they at least went back to the old system that brought really rare items back into circulation in exchange for 5 of the same rarity. I thought that was a great idea especially for people who collect stuff like stamps and coins.

I loved that, but a whole lot of people bitched about that system, too. I can see it from TNT's eyes that they can't win.

For what it's worth, the entire time everyone was posting that their balance was 0 on the prize shop page, my point total was still correct on the quick donation page. So your points are probably still safe, just not displayed. Whole site is down for me now, though...

Afaik, the people who were most prone to complaining about the old system were the resellers/restockers/and other members of the Neopian 1% who would be simply destitute as a result of me selling a rare stamp or something to a user so it can go in their album and never be placed back into circulation. Or worse yet, me buying a rare and elusive [REDACTED] for my gallery because it destabilizes the economy and their heart rate.

The first iteration of the perks were nice... mostly because they worked (I got my last dream pet thanks to them) but at this stage of my account i wouldn't have much need for them outside of the avatar one. To some degree I think a mix of perks/item rewards via the old exhange way would be nice.
