Twice a day. I shower twice a day and can never resist washing my hair while I'm at it.
I have to wash it every night because it gets really oily by then and starts shining like a cheap wig. >_> Hairs start clinging together and all that.
My hair looks best after a shower when it's dried, but that's always just before I go to sleep. I'd take a shower in the morning if I had the willpower to get up early enough. -_-

lol what kind of question is this, wash your self, not just your hair at least once a day. It's not cool if you don't, I don't care how dirty you think you aren't, you're INFESTED with bacteria and germs and grease and other bad stuff that makes you stink.
everyday after sport
I take a shower every day but I wash my hair every other day. I used to wash it every day, but I realized that was pretty bad for it. I'm thinking of trying that Wen cleansing stuff that is apparently great for your hair, but I've heard such mixed reviews about it.
As of right now, I wash it like every 1-2 days. I used to wash it daily, but my hair was so stripped and damaged that I seriously felt like it was all going to die. I need to go to Lush and get better shampoo bars so that I can be even nicer to it. I was going to do the no shampoo all together thing, but I can't just have awkward oily hair for like 2 weeks, I'll lose my damn mind.
@(you need an account to see links) I've never tried shampoo bars from Lush - they are pretty nice? I love their other stuff. I was having the same problem with my hair, I felt like it was just so dead and gross looking when I was washing it every day.
I actually didn't realize so many people washed their hair every single day
I used to because of athletics and sweating like a fucking pig, then after that if I didn't, my hair would get so oily looking. Actually if I didn't wash it in the morning, it would look disgusting my the afternoon/evening. But I've started just conditioning my hair at night and washing it like once every week or so and my hair has gotten SO much healthier. It helps that my hair is naturally straight, so I don't even bother with a flat iron and I rarely blow dry my hair, so I'm not subjecting it to heat, but I'm really impressed with how my hair is doing even though I've stopped washing it every day :3
