So far no one came forward about taking the account. My friend who is friends with the old woman wants to write a ticket for her. I still hold hope that someone may come forward. I also hope she can retrieve her gmail account as well. I can not believe that they had the ability to take her gmail!
I know that I private messaged someone with this information, im not sure if I already stated it in a comment here, so if I did, I apologize.. but, the old woman of course linked her gmail account to her cell phone number.. when you do the forgot password on gmail, it shows you the last 2 digits of the phone number and asks you to go enter the full phone number in order to send a reactivation code... whoever stole her neopets and gmail account CHANGED the phone number on the gmail account to a phone number with the same last 2 digits as her cell phone number, but it wont accept her cell number as the retrieval number.
Super fucked up.
Anyway. Since I'm actually on my PC today and my friend is off work, I'm hoping we can make some progress together and get the ball rolling with a ticket and/or gmail or her. I'll keep you guys posted
If I ever don't respond to any messages from people, it's just because I'm not on my computer sometimes for days/weeks.

Thank you so much, but if it's the 2013 (?) breach, I have been sent that information but it does not go far back enough, unfortunately.Thank you to you and everyone for your willingness to help. This is a really sad situation.
