Will TNT help you break into your own account?

If you have enough proof that the account is yours, you stand a chance
but if it's too old and you don't remember previous mails/passwords/birthday or so, then most likely not

I got an account back without knowing the email address by knowing some previous passwords (though not the current), the b-day, pin, pet history (like, what order I'd gotten my pets, pets which had previously been on the account), and nc purchase history (none). Definitely possible but you have to have a lot of info about the account.

It's definitely possible. As long as you have a lot of in-depth information about the account, such as passwords, birthday, its history of pets/event participation, neofriends, and other personal details that nobody else would really be able to know, you have a fair shot.

Can you not recreate the email? If it’s a Comcast/Charter email etc, you could try contacting their customer support for temporary access to the email in order to get a password reset sent.

Similarly looking for my old account. I even tried to downloading the so-called database leak. I only managed to extract a few files before they presented as an "error". didn't even reach the first letter of my account name. I tried logging in to my old hotmail account; successfully remembered the email, unsuccessful with regards to the password.

Hotmail didn't even approve my request for password reset because I can't remember any details. I was young, foolish and probably used fake details back then.

Anyway to go around this? I've also sent a ticket to Neopets but I doubt that they'll even lift a finger to let me access the old account. Its not like there was so much riches in that account; i just want to re-explore it for the nostalgia.

Try to email them directly : (you need an account to see links) At least that's the email they use to reply on tickets and stuff
