Neo lag or down?

Sometimes I think the np I have when I get into neo are different than they were when I left, or I think some items are missing from my SDB... So I added PIN to the SDB but I don't know if someone is playing along side me or not XD

Gonna watch some Law & Order SVU and play Final Fantasy XIV instead.
Maybe this downtime will be fixing the lag.
