I wonder how many people will try pound transferring their pets if they don't have enough monthly transfers. That could be fun I know of people who do it near end of each month with their trading fodder.

At this point I don't know why they are holding off. They KNOW this will be a money grab, and clearly everyone is asking for it.

Maybe there is still some back end work they need to finish off before releasing it? Either that or like it was said before they'll drop in on friday and then take off for the weekend to watch the shit show from afar.

Thats what im thinking as well, that there is still some work to be done before they drop the slots into the mall. Hopefully they are working on updating areas of the site that will be affected by us having more pets. (Though im a little wary on how our ULs will look once updated.) That way they can do another big beta release and toss the slots in the mall along side it.

..or they will just release them on Friday and watch all hell break loose until they get around to updating everything.

If how pets are going to display on the UL is their concern, I really hope they just ensure the scrolling carousel is equipped for however many additions they're planning to cap it at and leave it at that for the moment, until ULs get a complete overhaul. I know it's a terrible system to be able to scroll what 5 some odd pets at a time but I much rather have an endlessly scrolling pet carousel and pet slots NOW than a few months from now. Just save the headache for the complete UL update TNT please xD
