I have never considered myself as a big cheater, haven't ABed, hacked, used programs and such but I realize that with time I have bought a good quantity of np items (for gallery, customizing, paint brushes and equipment)
It definitvely is an eye opener.

I'm not sure there's a possibility of being unfrozen if you've been frozen for buying/selling neopoints, items, or pets.

There is, it's just incredibly hard to prove your innocence. But it's also hard for them to prove you did anything, so with a convincing ticket, it is possible.

When I log in, it gives me the bad password page.
It doesn't tell me I was frozen.
But when I search for the account on a shell, it says the account doesn't exist.

Threaten legal action if you have purchased NC and feel your personal security is at risk (fiscal wise). Has worked for me 2x though depending on the state in which you live you live, you will have different results. Do some research on your CP laws and cite them even if you are bluffing.

This is rather interesting. I have a few questions for you and @(you need an account to see links).

You first;
How many items did you buy?
What caliber of items did you buy?
What did you do with said items after purchase?
Most recent purchase date, and when you were frozen?
Any extra information along those lines regarding it.

When was the last time you did something illegit? ex. sold shells for neopoints, was that months ago, or a few days ago?
Did others get frozen as well? Check the accounts that transferred you neopoints.
How many neopoints did you receive?
How were they transferred?
If through trades, how many per lot?
Any other form of cheating?
