Dexter is amazing, I just started season 5. Also a big fan of House of Cards!
Not on Netflix but a good one is Orphan Black
I do like the Flash but some may find it cheesy. Supernatural is also good but some people have a hard time getting in to it
+1 for Making a Murderer, sister-in-law forced me to watch it and it was actually pretty damn interesting!
This doesn't really fall under horror/action/fantasy but I'd recommend Parks and Recreation to anyone, I went in thinking it was gonna be boring AF and ended up with tons of tears and laughs. ;v;
