These answers frighten me. I have a ticket pending on a non-premium account. When I did have premium, man they always got back to me quickly.

It depends on what subject you send it under. If you send it under frozen it will take a very long time because most people send it in under that subject. On the contrary, sending it under scammed or account access help usually returns a response in under a week.
