I'll give two, just because the story between the two groups is a messy train wreck that's hard to look away from. I condemn the actions of the first one but I choose to separate art from artist and I enjoy listening to both bands.

Firstly, Die antwoord. I'd call this "entry level" for weird music. AKA it's popular and the sound is accessible, but most people would take one look at this band and say "what the fuck"



Second, Zheani. She made a diss track with serious allegations against the male artist in Die Antword. The music video has RECIPTS and the lyrics are so incredibly well done.
There is a lot of lore behind the first band, and if you know them well enough you'll catch a lot of witty references that make the disses sting so much more.

Sound is pretty good too. The diss specifically isn't too "weird" sounding but her other music is very different and is significantly less accessible to the normal listener. I'll link diss first, one of my favorite songs by her after.
