Can anybody help retrieve my account?

I played neopets for absolutely years but quit 4 years ago. I've had 2 kids since then and recently thought about playing again so I could give my account to my eldest when she's old enough...
Only thing is I've totally forgotten the password and email combination for my account. Am I screwed?
I've emailed the neopets team and they've said they won't deal with accounts that haven't been accessed for more than a few years. They've been useless.
Kind of gutted as I poured bloody hours into that game and had a high end account. Merr.

Do you remember whatever email you might of used? I know JS recently did a reset of some user's password. If you could log into any email addresses you had at the time you may have a password reset email.

If your account appears as inactive and you can't access the email.... its lost I'm afraid.

I had a bomb of accounts and email addresses, the high end account I originally bought and never bothered to change the birthday to my own. (Gah I sound so stupid.)
I've gone through what little I remember and it's just lead to crappy spare and side accounts. I had a list but I must have lost it in a house move.
I've emailed lmp to see if they can help me, if not I might just bite the bullet and buy another main. It's so frustrating because I have loads on there, including a full gallery, shop and 32mil. Bah.
