SCHEDULED DOWNTIME, 03/11/15: Starting at 9PM TONIGHT through 11PM PST, Neopets.com will be offline for scheduled maintenance to address ongoing issues with site performance. We are listening and are so sorry for the inconvenience that this causes you and your fellow Neopians!
Please keep in mind that DOWNTIME is just a small portion of the larger solution that our tech team has in place to assure that these issues are resolved soon. While the site is offline, you can stay tuned to all the latest updates from TNT, here on Facebook or through our official Twitter!

i'm sure they're reworking the coding and getting things organized so they run smoother and there's less lag.. probably why so many little sections are down atm... xP

Well it's good they are telling us this is one of many downtimes to come, and that they are actually working on fixing the site up. I wish they could just take the site down and bring it back with a mass e-mail notification when everything is good to go.

i would be ok with that too.. i'm sure the majority isn't as reasonable though xD plus they would still lose money from nc sales.. i'm sure plenty of people are still buying nc through the struggle. probably would still be worth it to take it down though and get it over with.

yeah @ taking the site down for good. its been really difficult to do the faerie quest festival this week with all the lag and glitches, i wouldnt mind just taking it down for good for a few days instead of all this goddamn cockteasing

i hope this means we get the downtime pteri avatar though god damn i miss that every time its out >:[
