Over the past day or so, a black hat hacking group called lizard squad has been DDoSing a bunch of big sites. Facebook, instagram, playstation network, and xbox live have all been hit + some more. Turns out they sold DDoSing services to a bunch of random people too lol. Some of them have already been taken into custody, but there's still some left considering they're posting on their twitter about how they're still planning more stuff.

Honestly, it's not really hard to make your own botnet, you can buy FUD encrypters, upload a popular file and many people will download it. There you go you have your own botnet.
