On some games I get "Error-Server side error." What does this mean?

Neopets server didn't respond in time perhaps. @(you need an account to see links) should know. But for errors like these use (you need an account to see links)

Are you using a VPN? That means your connection was very slow or Neopets servers did not respond... or you disconnected. Something just isn't being reached, or the score is not sending. Are you making sure to not use your account when using it to bot?

Did you make your list? If it's crashing then it's probably not in the right format. Check the first post screenshot

When I try SSing Coal War Tactics I get this message; "ERROR: Game ID does not exist in database".

Is there a reason it's not there or was it just never added?
