This is definitely a new era, they are expecting us to tell all of our friends this is happening, and it's working!

Neopets needs it's loyal fanbase back, and they know they screwed ALL of us with their insane rules/rgs in past years. I'm sure there will be issues going forward, but this is asuch an amazing second chance, being I got my most Mains of mains back recently as well

I think that's it, they didn't even bring up what I was banned for. They just want the core user base back however they can. I'm sure they can see how much NC I bought before lol

Some of the pets had sentiment but the account was cleared.


It's great but not the same. Try your luck but you may feel like you should have just left things be. Unless you have RW Pets or expensive petpets attached to your frozen pets (those dont get removed).

I wish everyone luck trying to get there old stuff back!

I was extremely active until 1 mistake in the altador cup using a bot cost me my main. I was definitely cheating on the altador cup, which I regretted every single day. They really hated people messing with that but I was cocky after buying and selling stuff on here never got me in trouble.

Quit Neopets cold turkey because i was so upset and didnt want to rebuild. I tried submitting tickets a few times over the years to no avail.

Well I got it back this month. I got my main back. Idk if their records got lost or if the person felt nice that day or what. Keep trying yall. I played dumb in every ticket.

Im back and intending to never bot anything again.

big congrats! (: ive got an old acc i got frozen for buying items on. i never even tried to get it unfrozen as i knew id cheated. wonder how long records stay before getting wiped? would love to get it back.

I also got my old main years later... even though I opened a new account at some point which ofc became my main, but getting an old, beloved account back is very euphoric, for sure.
