I should also mention that google has its own password manager on chrome if you have Gmail and chrome. I am pretty sure its free to anyone utilizing their free services.
I might revert strictly back to that one as I have tried that one and one that was built for Samsung. I have had issues with the phone one to it never remembers updated password no matter how many times you tell it to update and tell it to update now. It will work fine for a week or two and all of a sudden, its back to trying to put a password in you haunt used in 6 plus months.

Does Apple's keychain count as a password manager? I typically just rely on that for creating and saving passwords for me. It works well enough for me in my ecosystem

Here to echo Bitwarden! It lets you store your passwords in 'vault's and share them/sync them across devices (i believe you can use sync an unlimited amount of devices as well which is nice. Especially as someone in the iOS/Apple ecosystem. I have a lot of devices and they are all synced so its imperative my password manager can handle all that.
Anyway its been super helpful that my partner and I can share passwords/login info for shared accounts like medical stuff, paying utilities etc. We can move that info around our devices with ease and quickly log in anywhere without it being cumbersome. I also love that it flags passwords used in any kind of breach, that it offers unique log ins/passwords for you etc. Its been really easy to use for someone like myself that struggles with focus/remembering a lot of little details. What is dislike with it is that sometimes the autofill can be wonky. Like username in the wrong text field or something silly like that.

I'll mess with it some more now and see if we can work out some more cons and help contribute! ^-^

I don't recommend that, if your email gets hacked then you are absolutely screwed and the hacker has all your passwords.

I don't have an apple device that's new enough to have internet connection so I literally don't know on this one. Would it have the same issue as the google one I mentioned?

I'm bad about this myself which is why I mentioned it. But I don't let it do it for anything important, and I don't recommend it for others so I don't promote the idea.
Gaming stuff? Yes because it's fast and easy and if anyone's breaking into my email for a game then I can just take my account back over ezpz no problem
Banking information? Paypal? other emails? social media??? NONONONONO! I DON'T EVEN REUSE EMAILS FOR THESE THINGS LET ALONE USE A PASSWORD MANAGER
I write everything down including the gaming stuff but sometimes I don't feel like it for the gaming stuff and just let it slide a little bit.
