They may, but as of now there is a potential offer from COMCAST to buy FOX. So those two are basically duking it out now to see who gets rights. The CEO of Disney, Bob Iger hates the CEO of COMCAST which is why they're feuding over it now. Honestly, it's just super stupid the way they're battling each other for the rights of this network.

Earlier last month the news came about that Comcast wanted to acquire FOX.
