Omg no kidding. I was going to build up a few shells to semi mains but after doing just one of them I gave up for this reason. It's insane how long everything takes to do on neo nowadays.

Why did they implement this again...? People can still go to profiles to stalk them, if that was the reason.
Because the Neo servers are shit and can't handle people refreshing lookups.
