Wow, I'm surprised at all the reads and no responses.
Yeah, I would start either completely over while it's welcome week or buy and account from here.
Must be pretty bad if blocking them isn't even helping...
I really want to start fresh, but also keep a lot of my stuff. The main thing I want to start new on, is the ID I have. I could change my name all I want, but drama-mongrels have my ID and will continue to smoke me out of my hole to cook. Would it be better to get an older shell for this? Especially if I stayed low and pretended that my current account was quitting and sold/gave away a bunch of dragons. What's the best way to do this?
Help me get away from this drama D:

Not sure what AR is, but it doesn't sound good.
Thank goodness for whoever they were having better ideas than me-at-last-minute-before-bed-this-morning. xD
Start clean, have no ties to old accounts.

It's AnonRising. If you've heard of DramaRising, it's an anon version of DR with like 50x more salt. And namedrops.
I'm gonna start a new account this week, but my only issue is the VPN I use has varying locations. Like it goes from LA to Houston n such. I have my main account connected to my normal wifi with no VPN. This new one would have to always be on a VPN or something, but idk what's a good but free one that I can use and not have to always change the location.

I've heard of DR but every time I look at it, it's about either something I don't understand or something that makes me say, "Who cares?" (Which is why I've only looked at it like twice.)
Windscribe is a Chrome extension that will keep your location set however you like (once you set it a first time), but it limits you to 10gb a month. (At least in the free version.) Opera has a free VPN built into the browser with no limits but much fewer options than WS.
You didn't say which OS you had, so here's PC Mag's recommendations for (you need an account to see links), and (you need an account to see links). ^_^
