Just announced on the boards. Too bad there are a few accounts with names like "officialneopets". Hopefully they post some cool updates, seems like they are starting to embrace social media to draw in players.

I don't think there are staff changes, but there surely were some meetings between NetDragon and Jumpstart concerning the direction in which Neo is going. Probably new budget allowances, new priorities, etc. It seems like the resources are now in place for JS to make a dent in their to-do list. And Scrappy being the new community manager will probably be running the IG.

ALSO, by creating this, they have lowkey acknowledged that their userbase is moreso older (I know kids use instagram/facebook, but not as much as adults)... They really need to make upgrades and filter changes to allow for their adult audience to communicate better.

JumpStart is becoming a subsidiary under NetDragon so I don't think we'll see any staffing changes.
