Neopets has a predominate female user base, what do you expect? The game itself is kinda feminine in my opinion. Wearables, NC Mall, majority of the avatars, cutesy pets, collecting, faeries, neohomes etc are things girls are more into than boys. Back in the old day it didn't cater as much to females as it does now. Especially now that the BD is practically done.
