That does make a lot of sense... However, like others have said, if you go in calmly and talk to them whether being while they're out to lunch or just in the office I don't see why they wouldn't have a heart. It is still a business run by people.. maybe not the nicest of people but they still have a heart somewhere in there. It would be worth a try if you were dead set on getting your account back.
