My friend just got VIP as well in here, and downloaded altador sender (she has very very low knowledge on computers). She opened the program and she tried to logged in many times (mayve 5-6 times) and all failed. After trying many fix, she remembered she had the 2 factor in (that s why the program couldn t logged in properly). So she logged in neopets to remove it, she did remove it correctly. But the problem start now. She got disconnected, and she s putting her neopets ID in neopets website, but she can not log in anymore, she also can not log her any of her side account (I tried from my side and I can connect her side without any problem).
So looks like she can not log in on neopets with her computer/ID, do you guys think she could have ban automaticly soft IP ban temporarly with all the failed log in of the program? do you know how many time she might have to wait before being able to log in again correctly on neopets?

It sounds like your friend also might not be extracting the program outside of the ZIP file?

Hi, Everyone
I cannot figure out what is going on, on my end. The program does not let me log in. I' doing a manual login i have Proxy checked., I checked the custom user agent and changed my user agent to mine i looked it up on google. Status says logging in, sometime sin changes to Idle. What am i doing wrong help!
You might reset your Wi-Fi or reset your computer and run as admin, because I had the same issue and I solved just like I mentioned

Do i click the poxy button? what do i put in the black box?
what is poxy Login ? and what do i put there?
the cystome useragent box is checked.
or do i fill out the manual login because thats what i have been using.

Well, does your proxy require authentication? If so, you have to put the auth username + password in that box once you enable it.
We've been going over similar issues with the same answers throughout the previous pages. Highly recommend reading through them.
