Unregistered emails - No email sent?

Hey everybody,
I have started trying out unregistered emails again and have had a few where I can make them and the cybunny is telling me that they've sent the email but I don't get anything through; then if I go to monkeyquest and request it, it says that the account does not exist.

Any ideas what's happened?

Does the unreg have 'neopet' or 'neopets' in the name? Because every account I've tried that contains those words, the email never gets sent. I think it's something TNT implemented to protect accounts that have common emails like that.
