Anybody know the code to edit a webpage?

I remember reading something like this awhile ago, not sure if it was here or on another site in the past, but it was something to edit the look of a webpage.
It was a javascript thing I believe, where you could just enter it in the address bar and it would allow you to edit the page.

People used to use it to edit who they were "logged into" as on neo, or edit the amount of neopoints they had in the bank.
Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

Aw, I have it saved somewhere but can't remember where lol. Try searching for "how to edit neopets bank" or something like that on YouTube though, I got it from a video description last time.

I tried searching on google for a bit but couldn't find what I was looking for. So I figured I'd check here, somebody has got to know how! haha
I'll try searching for that and see what comes up.
I'm going to be using it for something completely separate from neo, but it would be very helpful!

    javascript:document.body.contentEditable='true'; document.designMode='on'; void 0

Try that, I think its the right one. You might have to retype JavaScript if it doesn't paste right

AH, I just wasn't doing it right!
I had to do it differently on chrome than I had in the past. Usually I just put it in the address bar and hit enter, but that didn't work.
So for chrome, you have to open the page that you want to change, save it as a bookmark, then go in and edit the bookmark and replace the url with "javascript:document.body.contentEditable='tru e'; document.designMode='on'; void 0" then save it. Then while youre on the page, you click the bookmarks and open up the one you just edited and it will allow the page to be edited.

There must be an easier way, but that will work perfectly for what I needed it for.... aka changing a grade from a C to a B when parents ask to see my grades for the semester LOL

Is the A too far-fetched? Why not aim high?

Well I have two A's, one B, and one C right now.
My parents only pay me back for A's and B's... and obviously I want to be paid back for my tuition! haha
So a B is good enough, can't aim TOO high xD

If your using Firefox, than download "Firebug".
After installing, just right click whatever you want to change, and select Inspect Element.
    Than change as you wish.

I'll have to check that out, maybe make it a lil bit faster haha.
I thought it might have bee you who posted it awhile ago, but I wasn't sure. At least I have SOMETHING that will do the trick, now to perfect it.
