I'm not autobuying for profit right now. Just seeing how programs are running nowadays because I'm getting back into neopets programming.

Alright, so I downloaded the library files, did all the troubleshooting that I could on my own, put both the prjchameleon and zgate files in my system32 folder, and I'm having an issue that I can't get past.

So, when I try to test it out to see if it works and to see what my time for buying would be, I run the program and put in an item that I know is stocked in the shop. The shop stock area remains blank though, even when there are clearly items in the shop. Also, the program just keeps refreshing without attempting to buy the item that I know is stocked in the shop. At times it'll attempt to buy the item, but then it fails.

Yes, I've tried restarting my computer, and I've done all that the troubleshooting pages have suggested. Does anyone have any ideas?

Are you actually logging in? Np on hand shows? If not its either a reboot required or an antivirus is probably blocking it.

Yep, the NP on hand shows.
I disabled my antivirus, and rebooted it completely, not with just a simple restart. I've also tried deleting the files, and redownloading them off of here, and that didn't help either.

Okay, I may be a complete idiot, but I can't find the help section. I see that this topic is stickied, but I've been looking for the help section forever.

In case there isn't one (or it's easier for you to just answer my questions):
Where can I download the library thing I need?
I already moved the files like I was supposed to, but when I double click the program for it to run, I get the error message "Failed to load 'cltRipperWrapper'..."
I know that I need to donate a bit to be able to use this program, but it allowed me to download it before I did that. Will I need to redownload after I donate?
Do I put in my own usernames, or the ones you provided in the notepad?

I think the 'cltRipperWrapper' problem is because your PC's missing the VB6 Runtime if the link above doesn't work just google it and download it from MS...
No, you don't need to re-download the zip file containing the program.
You obviously need to put your neo Usernames instead of the
mainaccount:mainaccpass
refreshacc1:refreshpw1
That is, if you're gonna use multiple accounts for refreshing, if not just launch the program and click the "single login" (or something like that) radio box/button

Did we ever figure out why some people were getting an error message and the program was crashing while it tried to buy? I'm having the same issue and downloaded the latest version about an hour ago.

Any ideas?
