He did the same thing to me after I lost an account for the wrong reason. I opened another ticket or two before he replied and to my surprise, he unfroze my account. I'm too thankful as I would of lost a lot but sheesh.

I like Alice, she's nice. But Tony can ABSOLUTELY suck a dick. He closed a really important ticket and fucked up its entire process, leading to a still not resolved ticket almost two years later.

Yeah tbh I wouldn't be surprised if the names Tony/Alice were just for show considering how long they've been around but then again I do remember the Linkedin stuff... hmmmm.
I remember but don't know how legit that was. I mean only 2/4 people working on frozen account tickets makes no sense to me but wouldn't be shocked if it turned out to be true.
