What position do you typically fall asleep in?

I usually curl up into a ball and sleep on one of my sides, but it takes me 20minutes to get comfortable, i move around a lot as well

As I lay in bed tossing and turning I began to ponder how other people usually fall asleep. I usually move around a lot (restless leg syndrome) but I typically fall asleep on my left side with my left leg straight and my right knee pulled almost to my chest. I usually put my left arm under my pillow and have my right arm stretched in front of me. Oh, and I have at least 3 pets on my bed lol

I have RLS too, and I sleep this exact same way.

I sleep with the one leg straight and the other pulled in facing down favoring either side. I kind of sleep in whatever position but I guess that's my go to position.

Every time I decide on a go-to position to sleep in, I start sleeping differently. Usually on my front with arms underneath (not good for the boobies though) or on my side with hands by my cheek, and occasionally the glorious flat on my back.

I sleep on my belly or on my left side. But if I do that I MUST be hugging something like a pillow or stuffed animal. Someone's arm or chest. Just anything really lol. Though usually it is the belly that knocks me out. If I'm restless or not so tied yet I hug.
