Best route for purchasing UCs for an active account?
I've been contemplating purchasing another UC for awhile now.
My main account has caches (petlookup/page), and I've only been public on the site when I bought an item from someone's shop.
My original idea was to purchase the UC, buy a cache service for the account it's on, then transfer it to my main. (Obviously after making the account look like a side account)
I know this is kinda a dumb question but I had a bad experience a few years ago with the process.
You're active on the site, but not directly social? Ie, no neofriends, no guild, don't talk on the boards? If so, you shouldn't have a problem. As long as the pet is safe and not active stolen, and you don't go on the boards bragging about your pet or in any way drawing attention to yourself (which is like 95 percent of the issues of people getting caught with bought UC's), then you won't have any issue. It's only other people that would report you, and if you don't make yourself reportable, you will be fine. You can build the UC's shell account into a side, let it sit there a while, make it look like it's belonged to you forever, and then eventually transfer it to your main. Once you transfer it, let it sit on your account and go about your day normally, but don't talk on the boards, don't do any huge trades are auctions (no one's going to look you up if you buy a Baby PB or whatever), don't do silly things like the Beauty Contest, or anything that shows you have the pet. And let it cache, or get the cache service if need be but naturally is fine too. Make sure to wait a bit more after the cache, but as a general rule, just pretend that pet was always yours and that it's no big deal.

@(you need an account to see links) It hasn't been. I ended up purchasing a cache service a while back. Plus I'm assuming if it didn't cache naturally, there's not a lot of people stalking the account I use.
I read somewhere on a thread that people will begin getting suspicious if you do have a cache on your pet these days. I think because userlookups require logins and all that, things have changed and they don't matter as much anymore. It's still good to have one though, in my opinion.
