How is it an awful idea? If you want to dispute something with a company and can't get ahold of them any other way, wouldn't it make sense to try and speak with them in person if you're able?

Although you can't get ahold of a company who doesn't care about its players, just the money they get paid for running a site like a shit show doesn't mean if you lived close by where the building is and by building i would assume skyscraper because i doubt a big company is just some little wal-mart sized building with all its workers, Im sure they have security at ever entrance and loads of them for people like yourself who get the bright idea that if i live close by im going to show up and get what i want type they will just escort you out of the building before you even get past the information station i would assume, but i agree with you as far as wanting to just barge in an demand my accounts back an to be able to bitch at the people responsible for running a shit show, that i do agree 100% but reality is neopet doesn't care how they run their sit or their players that went out the window a decade ago when they sold the company to a buyer who ruined it even more, but on another note have a great night/ great day everyone

Calling a customer representative will only work if your a payed premium player of neopets otherwise they dont want to talk to you at all, i learn that 5 years ago when i got banned on my only main account that was legit i had never cheated once on it and they banned me, i forget what it said for as to why i was banned but i called up customer service just to be switched to 4 other customer service representatives and 1 manager who then told me their was nothing they can do because im not a paid player an wishes me a good day and hope that i continue to play neopets, so then i told him go fuck himself and that i was going to cheat the shit out of them.

When I worked in a corporate environment you needed a magnetic keycard to enter the main body of the floor after you exit the elevator, and guests needed to speak with the front desk to get a visitor pass (approved via phone by the company they wish to see). I doubt Neopets is large enough to have their own building so the front desk attendant will probably not have any clue what Neopets is other than "childrens' game website" and turn you away for not having an appointment.
