Some people are reporting if there were multiple instances they got neocash that they still have some.

I heard a hacker was sending out NC to people, and those people got frozen. I'm glad I didn't get anything now, lol

As far as I know they only got frozen if they spent it, I know a number of people affected that didn't spend and they're not in iceland. Though from what i've heard people could have done it to themselves but if there was no vpn then its obvious and those people probably got frozen. I wonder what what would happen if someone spoofed their ip to make it look like someone else did it to themself.

I know someone who got A LOT of NC, didn't spent, and got frozen.
