Caching depends on page views and changes to the page. Mostly page views though.
I have 4 pets, had them all for a few months.
All of them are caching at regular intervals (every few weeks) but one of them hasn't - not even once.
All have been on the same account, never moved etc.

The thing is, this is probably my most viewed pet. It's my active.

For some reason, some pages just don't cache at all. It's rare, but it happens. I've tried to investigate this on my own but it was inconclusive.
I say that if it doesn't have an incriminating cache, then you should be fine.

@(you need an account to see links) Thanks for the insight. If I were to force-cache it, would it go on the cache "list" and be able to cache naturally after a while?
Did you force cache or are you just waiting for it cache?
@(you need an account to see links) I haven't force cached it, I've been waiting this whole time.
Force-caching pet lookups isn't safe, as it causes a double image. Try to do it naturally, if you can.
I'd offer to cache it for you, but I'm actually about to sell my caching method. I hope you get everything sorted out though!
