The thing about Facebook is you have to post at the right time. I reposted for about a week until I happened to post 30 minutes before a FB admin contacted me. I would try posting on one of their updates as soon as they post one.

I just had one of my accounts iced for trading a bad pet, Tony was in charge of my ticket as usual :| but surprisingly he gave me my account back lol, it didnt take very long either. i had a response the same day I sent in the ticket
playing the innocent card is KEY in a situation like this. always repeat you had no idea it was illegit, MAKE SURE you provide screenshots of convo between you and the previous owner, otherwise you probably won't get your shit back :/
